Flower Fairies

Flower Fairies are here!

Small Folk have announced the successful negotiations for the presentation for adoption of three Flower Fairies. They arrived during the first week of July and have enjoyed their time in Hanley Swan going through the training programme. All three were highly commended for their attitude and behaviour. Although not as active as other Small Folk, due to the lack of legs, they will be able to become a part of your life in a way the others rarely can. We wish them well in their search for Adoptors and hope that Big People who love gardening will love them.

Fleur Astrantia comes from a large family, who, she says will be happy to present further members of their family as required.

She prefers to sit in the sun, though protected from the full glare of the summer sun, as her petals may f

ade if left there for too long.

The eldest of two sisters who have come forward, Jennifer Geum, quickly agreed to present herself for Adoption when her friend Fleur announced her intentions. She has the full support of her family and hopes that others will follow her example.

She is sure other flower families will come forward in the near future and Small Folk will be happy to receive requests from potential Adoptees.

Jennifer Geum

Jennifer’s younger sister, Gillian, has wanted to be Adopted into a Big Person’s family for as long as she can remember. She has had to wait until she was of age.

Her enthusiasm is boundless and prefers to sit on a soft bed or settee as she has a tendency to bounce up and down as she talks excitedly and being on a shelf can be bruising to her....base.
